1> Boundary Wall Gap Sealing with Aluminum Sheet

2>  Pond side Light Renovation with Permanent Post.

3> C & D Block front Passage Light Renovation with beautification & Removal of Broken old Lights. Remarkable betterment in Visibility along with reduction of 3 lights for power saving.

4> Joint Meeting with A & B Block towards Entrance Gate Renovation & Security Room Repairing. Fund Collected but due to non-cooperation from A-B Block, Fund reverted to payee.

5> Long Pending C Block Electric Bill settlement with WBSEDCL from 70K to 32K & New Meter Installation.

6> DRY Waste Management towards GREEN EARTH & Fund towards Beautification.

7> Cleaning of Water Tank for Safe Water in every 3 Months. (3rd Qtr Done)

8> Cleaning of few blocked Sewerage chamber & repairing of  Sewerage Lines.

9> Common Area Fruit Sale at Back Side of D Block & Fund towards Durga Puja.

10> Pond side Road area Fruit sale & fund towards Maintenance of Coconut tree & road. Remaining fund divided in two part & one part offered to A & B Block.

11> Joint Cleaning Policy Implementation Failed due to Vendor attitude issue. Deployed own Sweeper with better SLA & Scope.

12> Formation of Durga Puja committee & their Subcommittee which delivered a smooth & devotional Durga Puja.

13> SOuvenir Publication & Distribution.

14> Creation of a Fixed Deposite of the Excess amount of Durga Puja fund, specific to next year useage.

15> Request for Banning Noisy Cracker & a Great response to it. Saved nature from some polution.

16> Trimming of Back side Trees to prevent dangerous Insects from biting children.

17> 99% streamline of Maintenance collection.

18> Increment of Maintenance charge for betterment.

19> Signage making & Installation for Staircase, Ducts, Lift & outside passage.

20> Qtrly Balance sheet Projection (3rd Qtr Done).

21> Chamber & Cover Repair at urgent basis at Common area as & when required.

22> Night Time Locking of Common Collapsible Gates of C & D Block & Key to every Flat Owner.

23> Spray Purchase & Killing Big Jungly grass at Children's Park area. Arrangements of Water connection for plantation.

24> Cleaning & Making of the Children Park / Garden. Collection of some donations for Park betterment.

25> Arrangement of Daily Puja flowers as well as Front side beautification gardening. (Precess still going on...)

26> Night time Power saving alternate Light arrangement at D-Block Front Passage.

27> Repairing of Common Sewage Pipe & leaking issue as & when required.

28> Arrangements of several Picnics on Holidays & Time when feasible.

29> Replacement of Broken & Hazed Light sets with a unbreakable cheaper, Brighter Fixtures at Back side of the Buildings. Remarkable betterment in Visibility along with reduction of 3 lights for power saving.

30> Replacement of Security agency with better personnel & Facilities for a minor cost increment towards safety measures of flat owners.
